Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of daily operations across holiday cottages, adventure activities, and events.
  • Lead a dedicated team, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient management of resources.
  • Drive business growth through innovative strategies, marketing, and strong leadership.
Requirements
  • Proven management experience in hospitality or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Exceptional skills in crafting marketing text with eloquent and grammatically accurate English.
  • Hands-on approach to practical tasks and DIY property fixes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability to work five shifts per week, with at least one day required during weekends.
  • Availability during school holidays is required.
  • Valid driver's license as travel between sites is necessary.
