About the Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Sanitization Specialist to join our team at Robertson Facilities Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of designated areas within Hill of Banchory School.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and disinfect all work surfaces, floors, and paintwork in the designated areas daily
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop general flooring throughout the site
  • Carry out planned and ad-hoc cleaning duties within the building and to equipment located throughout the school
  • Ensure that the facilities and services operate in compliance with Health and Safety legislation and procedures
  • Report all accidents and incidents as appropriate

Requirements:

  • General experience of cleaning
  • Able to exercise initiative and prioritise duties accordingly
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety best practices
  • Awareness of COSHH regulations
  • Takes initiative and works reliably

The estimated salary for this position is £11.77 per hour. We also offer a range of benefits, including 33 days annual leave (pro rata for part-time positions), a great pension, and valuable life assurance.

Working Environment:

The role will involve working at Hill of Banchory School, Fir Brae Beech Tree Rd, Banchory AB31 5ZT.
