Job Summary:
Cleaning and Maintenance Professional is required to provide a high standard of cleanliness within the service and ensure compliance with infection control procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
• Carry out all cleaning duties as directed by the Registered Manager or Deputy Manager.
• Ensure daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to.
• Use cleaning equipment correctly and safely, reporting any defects to the Registered Manager.
• Be sensitive to residents' privacy and individual needs.
• Comply with COSHH regulations and Health & Safety regulations.
• Adhere to infection control policies at all times.
• Follow colour code systems within the service.
• Complete necessary documentation daily.
• Store cleaning equipment correctly.
• Leave storage cupboards clean and tidy.
