Job Description:

Tl Contracting Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily activities of the team, ensuring tasks are completed safely and to quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a construction industry.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to the workplace.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
