About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Ward Manager/Charge Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal. As a key member of our Multi-Disciplinary Team, you will be responsible for contributing to the efficient and safe delivery of effective clinical care and risk management of young females with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the therapeutic and rehabilitative services for young females aged with complex needs, including those who have suffered childhood trauma, complex PTSD, Attachment Disorder, or emerging Personality Disorder.
  • Collaborate with a multi-skilled team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each young person.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that ensure the safe and effective delivery of clinical care.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care for young people.

Priory Hospital Cheadle Royal is a leading provider of mental health services for young people and adults. Our Woodlands unit is a CAMHS Low Secure Unit that offers therapeutic and rehabilitative services for young females with complex needs. Our team is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment that enables young people to live their best life.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £44,000 - £48,000 DOE, plus a £5,000 welcome bonus and enhancements. You will also have the opportunity to work with a talented and experienced team, and contribute to the development of our services.
