About the Role

The Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner to join our innovative team in the North Staffordshire area. As a key member of our MSK team, you will play a leading role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the delivery of structured interdisciplinary education for the team, including day-to-day clinical support for physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of local and trust-wide projects, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and reducing unnecessary hospital admissions.
  • Undertaking joint injections as necessary, with training provided.
  • Continuing professional development is essential, with opportunities for growth and progression through annual appraisal and clinical supervision.

Person Specification

We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist with a minimum of 5 years MSK physiotherapy experience at an advanced level in the UK. Essential qualifications include a physiotherapy degree or equivalent. Desirable skills include the ability to order investigations, including X-rays, MRI, and blood tests.
