About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at Omnicom Media Group UK. As a key member of our Transact team, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class biddable media strategies across Amazon and eRetail ad platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic recommendations across media campaigns, leveraging data insights to drive performance.
  • Produce data-driven media plans, forecasts, and clear rationales to inform campaign activations.
  • Activate channel strategies across Citrus Ads, Criteo, Amazon search & DSP, Nectar 360, and Dunnhumby Media.
  • Regularly output performance reports with commentary highlighting key insights.
  • Monitor campaigns, analyse data, and create actionable insights to inform optimisation strategies.
  • Own daily in-platform optimisations, leveraging third-party technology and optimisation tools to automate and create efficiencies.
  • Support the development of junior Ecomm team members, overseeing their outputs to ensure quality of delivery.
  • Develop best practice and mechanisms to improve account processes, media executions, and drive better results.
  • Input into response to brief content, post-campaign analysis, and new opportunity proposals, feeding in content and presenting elements to clients.
  • Ensure OMGUK financial processes are followed to maintain commercial consistency across projects, media bookings, and reconciliations.
  • Regularly share knowledge on the latest channel news and developments with the wider team, including POVs.
  • Support on driving forward joint business plans with key media and technology partners, ensuring a clear view on current and roadmap opportunities.
  • Foster a culture that enables sharing, innovation, and pro-activeness.
  • Be proactive, open, and curious, striving to develop best-in-class ecommerce practices.
