We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Screening Nurse to join our team at Liberty Speciality Steels. As a key member of our in-house nurse-led occupational health team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees and external contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and surveillance to identify potential health risks and promote a safe working environment.
- Develop and implement health promotion strategies to improve employee health and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with our Occupational Health Physician and Physiotherapy clinics to provide comprehensive healthcare services.
- Work closely with our HR team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and education to employees on health and safety best practices.
Requirements:
- Registered General Nurse with a recognized OH Nursing qualification (Dip/Cert).
- NEBOSH certificate and leadership qualification.
- Excellent administration, time management, planning, and organization skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
