About This Role

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Child Play Therapy Specialist to join our team, dedicated to supporting children and families through challenging experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and delivery of play therapy services for children under NHS care, including those who have experienced loss and bereavement.
  • Offer one-on-one Play Therapy and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy sessions.
  • Plan and facilitate supportive group sessions, such as GEMS days, for bereaved children.

About Us

NHS provides comprehensive hospice care for adults and children in North Kent and Bexley. Our services include Inpatient Ward, Counselling, Family Support, and Wellbeing services like Therapies.

Requirements

This role is subject to a thorough background check process.

£30,000 - £40,000 per annum based on experience.
