In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading a large geographically dispersed workforce to achieve enhanced performance through our people agenda.
You will develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Amazon Logistics business, engage employees to deliver business results using safe and effective methods, and partner with key internal stakeholders to deliver the operating plan.
This role requires experience in operations management and logistics, with a strong background in supply chain management, transportation, manufacturing, retail, or similar fields.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Operations (supply chain, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, retail, etc.).
- Experience leading/managing a team of 10+ people and developing them.
- Business-level English.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year
