Job Title: Leasing Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Leasing Director to lead our Stanmore office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and maximising branch profit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create the largest active market share in the area
  • Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations
  • Manage performance of employees through regular 1:1's, reviews etc
Requirements
  • Previous Estate Agency and customer services experience
  • Target driven and tenacious, with demonstrable evidence of achievements
  • Effectively manage a team
