About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering security services to our clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in security management, with a strong understanding of security operations and customer service principles. You will be responsible for managing a team of security officers, ensuring compliance with security protocols and procedures, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver security services to clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Manage a team of security officers, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  • Develop and implement security plans and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients and employees.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of security services.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in security management, with a strong understanding of security operations and customer service principles.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
