Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at DXB Perfume. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online visibility, drive e-commerce sales, and manage online advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Online Advertising: Manage online advertising campaigns (PPC, display, social ads) to drive website traffic and sales.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize the website and content for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM).
  • Content Marketing: Oversee content creation and distribution across various digital platforms, including the website, blog, and social media.
  • Social Media Management: Lead social media marketing efforts to engage our audience and enhance our brand presence.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including web development, design, and e-commerce, to ensure marketing objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital marketing technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills with a natural way with people.
  • Ability to project manage multi-channel marketing plans and achieve success through cross-functional working.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
