Program Overview

The program is designed for individuals looking to join venture capital and private equity funds as Analysts, Associates, Principals, & Partners, emerging fund managers, angel investors, and family offices seeking to professionalize their investment strategies. You will gain experience in:

  • Deal sourcing and due diligence
  • Participating in Partner Meetings and Investment Committees
  • Making 2-5 investments per quarter
  • Sharing in the financial upside on investments via a profit-sharing agreement

Venture University's investment fund, VU Venture Partners, invests across Consumer, Enterprise, Fintech, Frontier, Healthcare, and PropTech, with a focus on early-stage companies. Our investment partners have invested $1.8B+ in 250+ companies, achieving a 4x+ net cash realized return.

What You'll Gain

Compensation

The program does not have a salary, but participants will share in the financial upside on investments made by the fund. We also offer a profit-sharing agreement for individuals to share in the financial upside on investments.
