About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Pensions Project Lead to join our team at Capita Pension Solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role and drive key projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To work closely with the Pensions Technicians, Pensions Technician Specialists, Data Service Delivery Manager, and Client Relationship Managers to deliver project requirements within set KPIs (time scales, deliverables, quality, sign off) and guide the planning process.
  • To ensure accuracy and quality of data projects by maintaining high standards and adhering to procedures.
  • To develop and maintain strong customer relationships, representing the department in key meetings with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • To continually review and improve existing systems and controls, suggesting enhancements to service delivery, processes, and potential complaints and business risks.

Requirements:

  • The ability to explain the differences between DB/DC/Hybrid pension schemes and their impact on data.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing administration platforms, including pension member records.
  • The capacity to understand, interpret, and input into project plans.
