Wills and Probate Solicitor Opportunity

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Wills and Probate Solicitor to join our team in North Manchester.

About the Role:

  • Client Support: Provide expert advice to high-net-worth clients on Wills, Trusts, Probate, LPAs, and Estate Planning.
  • Caseload Management: Handle complex issues with the support of Senior Solicitors, Paralegals, and Legal Secretaries.
  • Team Collaboration: Work within one of our top teams, gaining exposure to interesting and challenging cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and advise on Wills and Estate Planning.
  • Manage complex Probate cases.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least an NQ with a strong background in managing Wills and Probate matters.
  • Experience overseeing or managing a team of at least 2 (Paralegals, Trainees, or Secretaries).
  • Ability to handle complex caseloads and develop technical skills.
