We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented School Administrator to join our team at Dibden Park School. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to staff and managers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide an effective, timely and confidential administration support to staff and managers as required
- To ensure that relevant records and documents are kept up-to-date and are stored securely and confidentially at all times
- To respond timely and with flexibility to urgent or last minute staff/service requirements as a service providing function of the Centre
We're looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
