Job Summary: Night Shift Team Supervisor
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Shift Team Supervisor to join our team at Giant Eagle. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a night shift team and ensuring the smooth operation of our store during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of night shift associates to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer service
- Manage inventory levels, control shrinkage, and ensure accurate cash handling
- Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment, adhering to all safety and security protocols
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail operations, leadership, or supervisory role
- Proven track record of improving sales, reducing costs, and increasing customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
