We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Research Innovation Manager at Brunel University London.

As a Research Innovation Manager, you will play a key part in developing innovation capability within the NHS Trust, primarily based in the Estates and Facilities Department at Hillingdon Hospital. Your primary objective will be to design and implement an Innovation and Leadership Programme (ILP) within the Estates and Facilities division.

To succeed in this role, you will need to collaborate with colleagues across several departments, including University-based research groups and networks. You will also pilot innovation capability building in the Trust. We seek a creative, curious, reliable, empathetic, and flexible colleague eager to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement an Innovation and Leadership Programme (ILP)
  2. Pilot innovation capability building in the Trust
  3. Collaborate with colleagues across several departments

Ideal candidates will hold a first degree or master's in industrial design, Service Design, Design Engineering, Innovation, or Biomedical Design Innovation (1st or 2:1). Strong knowledge of project management and leadership styles is advantageous, while advanced digital skills in rendering presentations, product and service concepts, process changes, and system design are essential.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £41,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, you will receive 27 days' annual leave, plus 8 days' Bank Holidays, and 37.5 hours per week, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break.
