Project Lead - Construction

We are partnering with a leading Building Contractor to find a talented Project Lead to join their team due to the company's continued growth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects up to £30 million in value, primarily working in the high-rise residential, education, commercial, MOJ, MOD, and health sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project strategy and delivery programme to ensure effective communication and implementation.
  • Review performance against targets and identify and manage risk and opportunities.
  • Lead the project team to deliver the project.
  • Promote and maintain the highest level of health and safety and environmental management.
  • Develop and monitor project strategies to achieve sustainability objectives.
  • Develop and drive the team to ensure a quality build in accordance with project requirements.
  • Manage project handover and ensure defect-free delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery across multiple sectors, with experience using Microsoft Office programmes, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Project. They will also have the ability to control costs, timing, and quality in line with targets, and play a leading role that positively contributes to the project team.
