Housekeeping Supervisor

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our client's team at their Luxury Wellness Resort in Bridport. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of the resort are maintained, cleaned, and organized to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote and follow set procedures for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance on site, setting out areas for service
- Train the housekeeping team to follow COSHH and Health & Safety guidelines to promote a safe working environment
- Manage the team alongside the Head Housekeeper to maintain the high standards on site
- Collect rubbish and waste, cleaning all areas to maintain the highest of standards
- Liaise with third-party laundry suppliers and work as part of the Housekeeping team for linen changeovers
- Support the wider hospitality teams in other areas of the business when required and as is reasonably practicable
- Annual salary up to £27,500 per annum depending on experience
- Opportunities to achieve a 10% bonus with agreed KPIs
- 40-hour working week

Our client is developing a truly unique experience for their customers, where they can experience everything from fine dining with a team of personal chefs to a self-catered escape from everyday life surrounded by nature. Customers will be able to spend their time unwinding in their own way, whether that be yoga, a vineyard tour, or simply a remote walk in the wilderness.
Our client is building a Luxury Wellness Resort spanning one hundred acres of working farmland in the picturesque location of Bridport, boasting their own vineyard, livestock, and wellness products. As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the housekeeping team to ensure that guests have a clean and comfortable environment during their stay. You will promote and maintain high standards of cleanliness on site and will liaise with guests to ensure that they have everything they need to relax and enjoy themselves in the beautiful surroundings.
This role will suit an experienced Housekeeper who is looking to take the next step in their career or a Housekeeping Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional standards and customer service for their guests.
