Salary

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £16.00 - £19.00 per hour, equivalent to £33,500 - £40,000 per annum, plus paid sleep-ins at £55 per session.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have 3 years' experience in residential children's homes, including a minimum of 1 year in a senior post.

  • Assist the Registered Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential home.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance systems that reflect best practices.
  • Contribute to training strategies that support the services objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:

  • NVQ level 3 /4 Health & Social Care children and young people or equivalent.
  • Evidence of continuing Professional development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
