Duration: 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract

Salary: £25,875 per annum

Location: Insight Select Offices

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Insight Select. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer service, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Be the main point of contact for customers in relation to order queries, provide exceptional levels of customer service, and advise clients on product information.
  • Order Management: Assist with orders while in process, ensure timely resolution of technical issues, and keep customers up-to-date throughout the process.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure returned business and manage own workload and key performance metrics.
  • Administrative Duties: Undertake a range of administrative duties as requested or demand necessitates.

Requirements:

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in retail customer service, ideally from a phone-based role.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills in any situation.
  • Product Knowledge: Relevant product knowledge would be desirable, or the ability to pick up knowledge quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Management: The ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Software Skills: Previous experience with Salesforce and Sage would be desirable.
