About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our teachers and pupils in achieving their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in delivering the curriculum and implementing individualized education plans
  • Assist pupils with their emotional and physical needs, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, providing hands-on experience and supervision
  • Collaborate with other support staff and therapists to deliver a holistic approach to education
Requirements
  • GCSE C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience working with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and in a school setting
  • Adaptability and willingness to work in a variety of classroom roles
  • Responsive and caring approach, with a focus on pupil well-being
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £20, £25,029.00 per annum, dependent on experience
  • A welcome bonus of £500, paid in two installments
  • A permanent, term-time only contract
