Treasury Associate Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Associate to join our team and support the management of our treasury portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient cash management, trade execution, and risk mitigation, working closely with our finance team and other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cash and liquidity operations to minimize costs and maximize returns
  • Collaborate with banks and counterparties to develop and execute trades within the treasury portfolio
  • Develop and maintain treasury reporting and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate accounting and compliance

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a hedge fund or asset management environment
  • Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, including bonds, FX, derivatives, and repos
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
