Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated Viewing Agent to join our residential sales team in Livingston. This role is on a Zero Hours contract with flexible weekly hours.

About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting viewings and assisting potential buyers with any queries in a professional and efficient manner. Local knowledge of surrounding areas would be beneficial to efficiently plan canvassing routes.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service or sales experience
  • Ability to generate new business
  • Resilient, positive, and friendly attitude
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Full UK Driving License and own vehicle
