Job Title: Stock Condition Surveyor

Location: Sunderland

Rate: £21 PAYE, £25 - £30 Umbrella + 45p mileage and expenses

Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 16:00 (flexi-time available)

Contract Length: 3 Months

A North East Local Authority has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed surveys of residential properties, focusing on external condition surveys with occasional validation work.

The Surveyor will utilize a pre-populated scope of works on a tablet provided for the duration of the contract. The workload will be managed in a methodical and logical way, minimizing day-to-day site travel.

About the Role:

A Surveying Qualification is advantageous but not essential. However, a good all-round knowledge of Stock Condition Building surveys is essential for this role. The successful applicant will be courteous and possess good customer relations skills, as the work is customer-facing. Experience with Excel spreadsheets, including updating and recording information, is also essential.

The ideal candidate will have their own vehicle and be available to start immediately.
