About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional operational manager to lead the transformation and provision of high-quality services in our MSK & Specialist Surgery division. As a General Manager Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality care to our patients while maintaining financial performance.

You will work closely with an engaged team of dedicated healthcare professionals and the Clinical Delivery Group Management team to develop and implement service improvements. Your strong leadership skills, operational delivery experience, and financial management knowledge will be essential in driving business case planning and annual planning.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and leading teams, identifying and interpreting national policy, and implementing changes. You will be responsible for a budget and budget setting, and will have a good understanding of current NHS agenda and healthcare policy.
