About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Budget Specialist to join our team at CV Library. As an experienced professional in the construction industry, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates for various projects.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects, taking into account factors such as materials, labour, and equipment costs
  • Analyse tender documents and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to negotiate prices and services
  • Provide commercial advice to project teams on cost-saving measures and budget management
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, or a related field (Desirable)
  • Proven experience as a Project Budget Specialist in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction costs and estimating techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package including pension scheme, healthcare plan, and opportunities for professional development.
