About the Role:- Source and interview high-quality candidates for various roles, leveraging your expertise in recruitment software and social media platforms.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and requirements.
As a key member of our team, you'll manage the entire recruitment process, from shortlisting candidates to arranging interviews and negotiating job offers. You'll also maintain accurate records in our recruitment management system, ensuring seamless workflows and data-driven decision-making.
What We Offer:A competitive base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, accompanied by performance-based commissions that can boost your earnings.
