Dispute Resolution Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join our team at Brandon James in South Buckinghamshire. As a key member of our Dispute Resolution Department, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of litigation matters, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to the business development of the firm.

• Manage a diverse range of litigation matters, including property litigation, civil litigation, and contentious probate
• Deliver excellent client service and build strong relationships with clients, peers, and referrers
• Contribute to the business development of the firm through commercial and strategic advice
• Proactively improve ways of working and implement process improvements

• 3+ years PQE with a solid foundation in litigation
• Technically strong with proven experience in handling commercial litigation disputes
• Experience in managing the day-to-day conduct of cases, including drafting statements, handling disclosure, and instructing experts
• Skilled in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and settlement negotiations
• Strong client development skills and an interest in business development and marketing
