Key Tasks:
  • Process supplier invoices and reconcile statements to the purchase ledger, maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with suppliers.
  • Accurately record time sheets and ensure timely payment.
  • Ensure prompt payment from suppliers.
  • Manage petty cash transactions efficiently.
  • Regularly reconcile company credit card expenses.
  • Support HR functions, including creating starter packs, assisting with employee onboarding, tracking training records, and facilitating induction training for new hires.

This position offers a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £26,000, 40 hours a week, 28 days holiday, and a permanent position.

This role is based in Bradford, providing a great opportunity to work in a thriving manufacturing environment.
