Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team at a luxurious countryside hotel in Cheshire. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate hotel operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and maintenance teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Monitor and control hotel expenses, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing revenue.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Hotel Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive business growth.
