Roofer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our Repairs and Empty Homes team in Bolton, Blackburn, and Wigan. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for carrying out roofing work to a high standard, ensuring the safety of yourself and others on site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out roofing work to a high standard, including repairs, maintenance, and new installations
  • Work at heights, using ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment as necessary
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 (City & Guilds) Roofing Occupations or equivalent recognized competency in the required trade
  • PASMA and CISRA Scaffolding Part I desirable
