About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at AtkinsRéalis. As a key member of our Transportation Division, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of highway improvement and maintenance schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet agreed standards and stakeholder requirements.
  • Support project managers and teams in delivering projects using key project management principles, including risk management and quality control.
  • Coordinate resources to achieve successful delivery, maintaining Atkins quality of work and balancing client requirements.
  • Identify and document specific actions, including work streams, to produce project deliverables.
  • Maintain and develop excellent stakeholder and alliance relationships.

Requirements

  • A degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Alternatively, experience of project management ideally across transportation schemes.
