At Hobson Prior, we are partnering with a leading biotech company to recruit a Biotech Finance Strategist for a contract position. This role involves working in a hybrid setting, focusing on supporting sales, marketing, and procurement functions within the biotechnology industry.

The successful candidate will be based in Burgess Hill, UK, and required to be in the office three days a week. Please note that to be considered for this role, you must have the right to work in this location.

This position offers an estimated annual salary of £60,000 - £80,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing Excel dashboards using advanced VBA skills
  • Working with complex formulas and Power Query to analyze data
  • Understanding and working with the data structure behind financial models
  • Extracting and formatting data from systems like SAP and SQL

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Strong ability to use VBA for creating Excel dashboards
  • Proficient in handling complex formulas and Power Query
  • Experience with data extraction and formatting from SAP and SQL
