About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse with a passion for Anaesthetics to join our team at a state-of-the-art hospital in Surrey. As a Lead Anaesthetic Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with our team of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing anaesthetic services to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborating with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Developing and implementing anaesthetic plans to meet individual patient needs
- Conducting pre-operative assessments and preparing patients for surgery
- Monitoring patients during and after surgery, and providing post-operative care
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working in an anaesthetic department or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of anaesthetic principles and practices
