We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd in North Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored strategies to support students with challenging behaviors, promoting positive learning environments.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and support staff to create comprehensive support plans, ensuring seamless communication and effective outcomes.
- Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity within the classroom, providing a safe space for students to thrive.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions.
- QTS Valid within the UK, with a strong understanding of behavioral management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A creative problem-solver with a positive attitude, able to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in behavioral support and education.
- A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, reflecting your expertise and dedication to the role.
