About the Role

As a key member of our Restructuring Services Tax team, you will play a vital role in providing tax advice on the restructuring of financially distressed businesses. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our clients navigate complex tax challenges and achieve their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to day-to-day VAT queries from internal restructuring business units;
  • Prepare VAT reports and other deliverables, and advise on the submission of appropriate returns or other documentation to tax authorities;
  • Support the business development activities of the team, building relationships both internally and externally;
  • Contribute to the technical development of the wider restructuring business through design and delivery of training;
  • Work collaboratively with the wider restructuring team and wider tax team to enhance processes, controls, and efficiencies;
  • Prepare indirect tax thought pieces with the support of the wider tax team.
