Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Survey Equipment Technician to join our team in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. As a permanent staff role, this position involves maintaining rental equipment to a high standard and ensuring it is ready for deployment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and testing equipment prior to rental and post-hire.
  • Function testing, software/firmware updates, and cable integrity checks.
  • Ensuring completeness of equipment against packing lists.
  • Inspecting and documenting equipment returned from hire.
  • Visual inspection, function testing, and writing technical reports.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of electronic engineering principles, techniques, and practices.
  • Experience in working with survey equipment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work remotely with relevant IT access.
  • The successful candidate must hold a Full UK Driving licence.
