**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Property team in Scotland and the North of England. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering significant property schemes and working with an established successful team to provide pre and post contract project management services.

  • Producing plans, schedules, and tracking budgets to manage and control project delivery targets.
  • Delivering small to medium scale projects or assisting as part of a team on larger projects.
  • Presenting project risks or issues to senior managers to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Analysing and reviewing data to identify key themes and trends.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing small to medium sized construction projects.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with peers and senior colleagues.
  • Commercial acumen and organisational understanding.
  • A logical approach and ability to think through complex issues.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
  • Attainment of OR near attainment of relevant professional certification or chartered status.
