About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team at Housekeeping Club. As a Facilities Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

This is a permanent 8-hour per week contract with opportunities to top up your hours on Mondays and Fridays. You will work independently and follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and empty trash and replace liners
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces, as well as high-touch areas such as doorknobs, light switches, and handrails
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
  • Good physical stamina and ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
