Job Title: Outdoor Adventure Educator

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Outdoor Adventure Educator to join our team at Ultimate Activity. As an Outdoor Adventure Educator, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality outdoor activities and workshops to children aged 7-14.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver outdoor activities and workshops that promote participation, development, and enjoyment for children aged 7-14.
• Encourage participation through enthusiasm, passion, and energy.
• Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to, including health and safety and safeguarding procedures.
• Take a pastoral role as a group leader, supporting and caring for children throughout the week.
• Supervise and engage with children outside of activity times.
• Live up to the company's promise of 'Inspiring Children Every Day' and behave in a manner that reflects the expectations of the company.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and energetic individual with experience in outdoor education and working with children.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Experience in bushcraft and working with children.
• Excellent communication skills and verbal reasoning.
• Flexible and able to adapt to dynamic situations.
