Culinary Director

WSH Group is seeking an experienced Culinary Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences across the region.

About the Role:

  • We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • This is a full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours of work per week.
  • You will be based in our regional hub and will be required to travel occasionally.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead culinary operations and strategy across multiple locations within the region.
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that meet customer preferences, dietary requirements, and regional trends.
  • Mentor and train culinary staff to achieve excellence in food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Ensure strict quality control standards, conducting regular inspections and evaluations.
  • Foster strong relationships with other departments to align goals and streamline processes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a demanding kitchen environment at a senior level.
  • Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate or above.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
