Employment Associate Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Associate Lawyer to join our team in Reading. As a key member of our Employment team, you will provide expert advice and support to our clients, working closely with our partners and other lawyers to deliver high-quality legal services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of dealing with employer advice and senior executive matters, with a proven ability to undertake fee-earning work and contribute to the successful development of the firm. You will be an ambassador for the firm at all times, promoting it in a positive light and delivering a high-quality commercial legal service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice and support to clients on employment law matters, including employer advice and senior executive issues.
  2. Undertake fee-earning work and contribute to the profitable growth of the Employment Team and Business Services Division.
  3. Contribute to the development of the firm's business plan and commonality of purpose.
  4. Deliver a high-quality commercial legal service, ensuring personal compliance with quality standards and professional ethics.
  5. Represent the firm in a positive light, promoting its values and reputation.

Requirements:

  1. Admitted to the roll of solicitors or a member of the bar, with specialist knowledge of employment law.
  2. Achieved all competency levels relevant to an Associate (mid).
