About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for safely managing the AD Plant and day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards. They will also be responsible for maximizing production to meet KPIs and delivering programs of continuous improvement across the site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the AD Plant, including supervising staff and coordinating with other departments
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards, including waste management and emissions control
  • Develop and implement programs of continuous improvement to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Deliver KPI targets against contract and business objectives

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant relevant experience in waste or environmental management, with a strong background in health and safety and environmental compliance. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and other stakeholders.
