Key Responsibilities:
- Underwrite new and renewal business to meet Marine Cargo targets
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and brokers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with producers and clients
- Contribute to the development of regional underwriting strategy for Marine
- Actively drive involvement of functional areas in underwriting process
Requirements:
- Significant experience as a Marine Underwriter/Broker in the London market
- Established relationships with brokers at peer group level and established within the market
- Good understanding of the London market and competitor landscape
- Understanding of legal and regulatory framework
- Experience working in a complex, global matrix organization
