Level 3 Teaching Assistant Position

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Primary school in Burnley, Lancashire.
Key Responsibilities:- Support children's learning and development in a nurturing and calm environment.
- Communicate with families and carers to provide feedback on children's progress.
- Provide additional support to children with special needs.
- Deliver whole class sessions and small intervention groups.
- Work closely with the Class Teacher and other professionals to enhance children's learning.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour.
- Help create a safe, fun, and inclusive learning environment.
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Teaching Assistant in a Primary school setting.
- Good understanding of the KS1 curriculum.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service.
- Experience supporting children with SEMH needs.
- Excellent Safeguarding knowledge.
