We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Kenton Black, a leading Main Contractor in the Midlands region. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site team of Sub-Contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client requirements, project programmes, and budgeted costs.
You will lead and manage the on-site team to ensure that all contractors and visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites and monitor the progress of project programmes. Additionally, you will build an understanding of project budgets to drive efficiencies and oversee contractor performance.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Senior Site Manager and experience working within the Construction industry for a Main Contractor, specifically on Design and Build, as well as sound knowledge of JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract. You will also have experience with RC Framework and MEP head houses.
As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing hazards and risks, liaising with Contracts manager & Project Co-Ordinator to drive a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site, and ensuring that all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites.
