We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our dynamic team as a Cellar Service Coordinator. This pivotal role ensures the smooth operation of our cellar service workshop, manages inventory, replenishes stock, and works within budget controls.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a keen eye for detail. Experience or knowledge of pub operations is desirable but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing stock returns, repairing, and refurbishing items when needed.
• Building strong working relationships with colleagues and customers, providing telephone support to the cellar service team.
• Using the 'Top Desk' system to track upcoming events and installations, helping you stay organized and ahead of schedule.
• Ordering and dispatching parts for stock and installations.
• Preparing and sending out equipment for events and installations.
• Assisting on-site with installations and events.
• Carrying out equipment repairs.
• Ensuring safe and efficient chemical top-ups for the lorry wash.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free store environment.

Benefits:
